Programs

Four ways in, whichever stage you are at.

Everything we run is practitioner-led and outcome-shaped. Pick the one that matches the step you are trying to take this year.

Mentorship

Mentorship

Six-month one-to-one pairings with senior engineers, designers and product leads. Structured goals, monthly check-ins, honest feedback.

We match on goals rather than job titles, so a student aiming at a first internship and a junior engineer aiming at her first lead role both get a mentor who has just walked that path. Each pairing starts with a goal-setting session and ends with a written review you keep.

Who it is for
Anyone from 16 upwards who wants a guide for the next step.
Format
Six months, one call a month, plus messages in between.

Workshops and Bootcamps

Workshops and Bootcamps

Hands-on cohorts in backend, cloud, data and AI engineering. You leave with something running, not with a certificate.

Every session is built around one working thing you can show afterwards: a deployed API, a data pipeline, a small model behind a form. Facilitators are practitioners, and there are always two of them in the room so nobody gets stuck alone.

Who it is for
Beginners and career switchers — no prior experience required.
Format
Evening and weekend cohorts, 20 seats, in person and online.

Career Support

Career Support

CV and portfolio reviews, salary negotiation clinics, interview practice with hiring managers from our partner companies.

You send your CV or portfolio and get written feedback from someone who reviews them professionally. Mock interviews are run by hiring managers at partner companies, and negotiation clinics use real offer numbers from our salary report.

Who it is for
Members applying for their first or next role.
Format
Monthly clinics plus on-demand reviews.

Community Meetups

Community Meetups

Monthly evenings in 24 cities. Short talks, long conversations, and the kind of introductions that change what you work on next.

Two short talks, then time to actually talk. First-time speakers are welcome and coached beforehand, and every meetup keeps a table for people who arrived on their own.

Who it is for
Everyone. Free to attend, bring a friend.
Format
One evening a month per city, plus a live online edition.
